Recently, our company's senior management went to the factory workshop(metal polishing machine)in person to conduct a comprehensive and in-depth machine product training for new business personnel. This training not only made the new employees more familiar with the company's products and services, but also demonstrated the company's emphasis on talent training.   At the training site, the senior management explained in detail the structure, function and operation methods of the machine products, and combined with actual cases to help new employees better understand the practical application and value of the products. They used easy-to-understand language to transform complex technical knowledge into easy-to-understand concepts, allowing new employees to quickly grasp key information.   The new business personnel showed great enthusiasm and concentration for learning.
